Reference the VES case number in your appointment packet and select the appropriate button below to log in the Veteran portal.
During the transition to the DBQ Portal, the legacy Provider Portal will remain active. If you are not sure which Portal to use, check the DBQ Portal and it will direct you based on the VES Case Number.
